With a doctorate in Instructional Technology and over 20 years in education, I design learning experiences that are evidence-based, accessible, and built to work in real classrooms. Currently at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, I partner with faculty to develop online and blended courses, create AI-assisted assessment workflows, and ensure digital accessibility compliance.

I specialize in translating complex content into engaging instruction—whether that means building interactive learning content, designing validated assessments, or helping faculty integrate AI tools responsibly.
